UX/UI Designer (Permanent)

About the Role

Scriptover is an AI platform helping veterinarians automate documentation, improve diagnostics, and streamline workflows. We’re looking for a creative UX/UI Designer who understands user journeys deeply and can turn complex AI capabilities into simple, delightful experiences. This role is ideal for a designer who’s passionate about usability, rapid prototyping, and designing for real-world impact.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows in Figma to communicate design concepts clearly.
• Ensure optimal usability and performance across various devices by understanding mobile limitations and layout constraints.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and optimize user experiences.
• Map out end-to-end user journeys to uncover bottlenecks and design solutions that improve conversion and engagement.
• Contribute to the development of Scriptover’s design system and maintain visual consistency across products.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma and experience with wireframing, mockups, and rapid prototyping.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to design pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and interaction design.
• Experience designing for multiple screen sizes with an understanding of mobile limitations and performance trade-offs.
• Experience conducting user testing, feedback sessions, and iterative design improvements.
• Ability to balance creativity with practical constraints in collaboration with engineering.
• Empathy for users and a strong sense of how design impacts workflow and usability.
